Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of ordering. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date and time of your initial purchase.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which you cancel your order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order or by another mutually agreed means, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We aim to get Lite sites up and running within one week of your order being placed. We aim to get Biz sites live within two weeks. This assumes prompt communication on your part as well as ours.

Conditions for refunds:

No refund can be made in the following circumstances:

• You have not requested the refund.

• You have not clearly communicated any deficiencies or changes required within the 30 days mentioned above.

• You have not paid the required amount.

• It was not possible to deliver your website because you did not communicate the required input information for us to build and launch it.

• You intended your website to be used for illegal or prohibited purposes (see Terms & Conditions)

After the 30-day refund period has passed only monthly-paid plans will be eligible for refund subject to a minimum of 6 months of payments. Let us know and we will cancel before the next monthly payment is due, subject to 5 working days' notice

We reserve the right to refuse the refund of any order that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Exclusions:

If a new domain has been registered by us as part of the plan and the plan is cancelled in the 30 day period then the cost of this domain will be deducted from the refund. Pre-paid plans are not eligible for refund after the 30 day money back guarantee period described above. Monthly-paid plans are not eligible for refund after the 30 day money back guarantee period until at least 6 monthly payments have been made. Purchases made in error may, at our sole discretion, incur fees based on payment processing company fees in addition to an administration fee of £25, which will be deducted from any refund.
